The questions we hear most
Is this an employment contract with a fixed salary?+
No. It is a service contract, with a guaranteed fixed monthly retainer (€1,000 to €2,000, based on activity and performance), plus extra pay for each operating day and each event.
What are the working hours?+
Monday to Saturday, following the planned workload. Daytime hours, organised by the contractor — no clocking in, goals and deadlines are agreed instead.
Do I need a registered tax activity?+
Yes, it is a requirement — as with any service contract.
